Standard Manufacture Warranty Claim

Use this form if you are submitting a standard Buggy Whip manufacture warranty claim. Once your information is received, our team will review your claim and follow up with next steps.

We offer a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. You will need to ship or drop off your product to our facility for inspection. If, after review, the issue is found not to meet our warranty policy, you may be charged a $50 repair fee if you'd like to proceed with the repair and will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Warranty Whip Base Upgrade

We’ve upgraded our LED whip bases to a new quick-release design. If your whip qualifies under our warranty, you can choose to upgrade your base to our new Quick Release Base or switch to a Threaded Base for a flat $40 service fee per whip.

With this warranty upgrade, you can also add a matching base adapter at a discounted price of $42 (regularly $60) so you’re ready to mount your whip as soon as it’s returned.

How it works: Submit the form below, we’ll email your request, and a Warranty Whip Base Upgrade service item will be added to your cart for $40 per whip. Complete checkout before you ship or drop off your whip. At checkout, you’ll be prompted to choose whether you’d like to pick up at our shop or have your product shipped back to you. You’ll pay for the return shipping at the same time as the service fee.

Fees: $40 per whip for the upgraded base. Customer is responsible for shipping both ways. Return shipping must be paid at the same time you pay the service fee during checkout. Shipping cost will change based on the whip size and total quantity selected.
